1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of stop-the-bleed.vercel.app and any products purchased through it. The site is operated by Max Agent, a solo independent project based in Sweden.

By purchasing or downloading any product from this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: PDF guides, OpenClaw skill files, and configuration templates. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

Free downloads (such as email lead magnets) are provided as-is with no purchase required and are subject to the same license terms below.

3. License and permitted use

When you purchase or download a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the files — paid or free — with others. You may not package them into your own products or services without explicit written permission from us.

One license covers one person. If your team needs access, please get in touch.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

All sales are final. However, if a product is defective — meaning the file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described — we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Just contact us with your receipt and a description of the issue.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of "didn't work for me" or change of mind, as digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

5. No warranty

Products are provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind — express or implied. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve by using them.

The guides and templates are based on real-world experience, but outcomes vary. You are responsible for how you apply the information in your own environment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Agent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this website.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products or site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We will not retroactively change the terms that applied at the time of your purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

If you are an EU consumer, you also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, which these terms do not override.
